II. Application

  The using of sterilizing retort is to sterilize various kinds of products fitting for high temperature sterilization, and therefore, the products can be kept for longer shelf life under normal temperature, and customers can make production in large batches. It is also beneficial for long distance transportation, and within certain period, the products do not contact the environment, which can make the products be kept longer. The Retorts are suitable for different types of product packages, such as cans, soft packing of meat, fish, corn, vegetable and milk, tin cans and glass bottles. It makes products rotating within the retort while sterilizing to avoid layering and deposition within quality guarantee period.

Characteristics of Water bath type:

1.The water flow exchange is stable, temperature is well distributed, and there is no dead angle.

The recycled water in the sterilizing groove is constantly switching from head and bottom, from left and right, causing the liquid stable flowing in the tank. And it ensures the uniform temperature distribution of every point from the time span of heating, holding and cooling. So, the goods on different place of the plate receive excellent and uniform heating effect. Therefore, it avoids the problem of dead angle. And the shelf life is more stable and much longer. Besides, it ensures the uniform of the temperature distribution and heat transfer, and reduces the phenomenon occurred such as the changing of the F value and over-boiling.

2. High temperature and rapidly sterilize

This equipment adopts double tanks hot water recycle to make sterilization. Hot water will be heated in the hot water tank to the acquired sterilizing temperature first (the multi-level sterilization is not include), therefore, shorten the sterilizing time, and increased the sterilizing efficiency.

3. High precision of the sterilization

This equipment uses the advanced technology of Japan to sterilize by the hot water recycle and water immersion. During all the sterilizing period, the temperature, pressure, sterilize time, water entry and drainage, air entry and exhaust are all by intelligent automatic control which makes a accuracy temperature(±0.5℃).

The working medium used in the sterilizing period can be recycling, which saves the energy, time and man power, and reduces the production costs.

6. The sterilizing retort adopts simulating temperature control system, which can confirm multistage heating systems.

According to different requirements of sterilization, different heating and cooling programs can be set at any moment, and multistage heating sterilization is used to restrict heat to lowest level and keep flavor and color of foods. Precise sterilizing temperature (±0.5℃) can avoid strange smell caused by high temperature and pressure processing.

7. F Value Measuring Function

Each Water Bath Type Sterilizing Retort is installed with F value measuring function, and F value software makes a F value calculation every 3 seconds. All sterilizing data including sterilizing condition, F value, time-temperature curve and time-pressure curve, etc. can be stored or printed after being processed by software.
