Description of rotary type cheese vat
The rotary type cheese vat is mainly composed of cheese vat tank, rotary cutting blades etc.
Its main process flow is: milk enters into the vat from the inlet through the filter, they are fermented in the vat, further stirred and cut. Then the whey from fermented milk is discharged from the outlet, the cheese is remained in the vat.
After all above process, the vat under the frame support will be rotated driven by electromotor, until the cheese are totally pour out.
