Mozzarella cheese making machine
This equipment is composed of screw elevator, scalding vat, rotary crushing assembly, stretching unit, moulding unit, water tank, etc.
It is simple to be operated and can work continuously, the output capacity is about 200 Kg-300 kg cheese per hour.
Main working process: after fermentation and static stage, cheese goes into the crusher assembly by screw elevator, next to the blenching stage, then the stretching stage, finally to the forming unit and discharged after moulding.
This equipment is suitable for dairy products, specifically applied in the field of cheese production and processing.
