structure: triple layers with PU as insulation and dimple pad jacket for heating and cooling; round shape or ellipse;
two agitators,one is for mixing, another one is for cutting cheese to small pcs;
agitator is able to move from one end to another;
pneumatic press from top on the formed cheese;
temperature auto control panel;
auto discharge whey outlet etc.
