Features

This machine is designed to wash the plastic crates that are used to load the containers of beverage and milk and other foods.

This machine has the advantages of high automatic, washing completely, saving labor, avoiding chemicals solvents or reagents etc.

Constructions

This machine made of stainless steel, which is composed of main body, base, conveyer, water pump and spray parts.

There are several spraying parts to be chosen as well as different washing solvents according to different type of crates to be washed.

This machine is driven by chain so that the machine can clean the crates continuously

1. Model: We have three standard model, 300 Crates/H,  600 Crates/H,  800 Crates/H. You can choose, or please let us know your prefered model. 

2. Types: we have steam heating type, which need client provide steam to heating hot water, using hot water to clean crates; 

                 Electrical heating type, with electrical heat elements heating hot water, then hot water clean crates;

                 Hot water type, we provide our crates washing machine with plate heat exchanger, client provide hot water directly to our machine, plate exchanger heating hot water recycle to make sure clean crates ! 

3. After client order, We have technical team design the machine drawing for client confirm first, then start to manufacturing based on drawing .
